Barbara E Belmont - Speak your truth!

from Soul Centred Entrepreneur

My guest on today's show grew up as part of a very large family and learned first hand what its like to have to keep quiet and never have your voice heard. She was expected from an early age to help her parents and siblings in their daily struggle to make ends meet without complaining. Barbara Belmont is an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner and we met whilst studying for our level 3 certification. I have to admit it was difficult editing this conversation as we talked for ages about why we choose EFT, our love for the practice and of course how it can support and nurture your emotional strength. If you'd like to learn more about Barbara you can contact her through her website at www.barbaraebelment.com If you enjoyed this show I wonder if you might take a moment to give it a rating or maybe even subscribe. Its all completely free and means you won't miss an episode. I love recording these conversations. It's my passion to explore and share how we can grow and support our emotional strength and I share podcasts and free resources through my blog. Maybe you're out there in the world creating a life or business you love and would like to share your story and wisdom. Come on over and send me a message. www.soulcentredentreprenuer.com Thanks so much for listening and I look forward to sharing with you next time. Diana x
