Barbara Trautlein, Change Catalysts, LLC

Dr. Barbara Trautlein, PhD, is a leadership strategist, keynote speaker, host of the Women and Manufacturing Podcast, and founder of Change Catalysts LLC. She has worked with leaders in manufacturing and steel industries, among many otherindustries, to facilitate successful and sustainable change at all levels. Some of her company clients include: Ford Motor Company, Abbott Laboratories, Steel Dynamics and ThyssenKrupp. She is the author of the best-selling book, Change Intelligence: Use the Power of CQ to Lead Change That Sticks.

Barbara is a faculty member teaching courses on Change Management and Leadership at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She received her doctorate in philosophy and organizational psychology at the University of Michigan.
