Barbie Faith introspection and love

Barbie has had a ton of amazing success in her past business ventures. She has run a multi-million dollar business but she has also experienced the bitter taste of failure - and I was along for the ride. In a partnered venture with Barbie rebuilt an online platform that despite the amazing idea behind the technology we could not get to product market fit and had many bumps in the road. In todays conversation barbie shared with me a little perspective from her reflections on success and failure, lessons of forgiveness, figuring out how to take care of our own “sides of the street”, being honest and not bringing old wounds into new relationships. Barbie is extremely talented and smart so it was a really good experience for me to be able to talk with her about what she had been thinking about since we folded the company that we had collaborated on many years ago now.
