Bards Logic Political Talk interviewed Mark Henkel - Part 11 - Aug 2021
from National Polygamy Advocate · host Mark Henkel
National Polygamy Advocate ™ Mark Henkel was interviewed on Bards Logic Political Talk, a 3-hour show hosted by Robert Jetter Jr. (this episode is Part 11) on August 4, 2021. The complete show lasted 3 hours long. For this podcast, the entire show has been subdivided into several parts. In this Part 11, after Mark Henkel introduced his own "other topic" called, "Imposerism," the co-panelist exclaimed, “Wow! Wow! Wow. This is interesting.” The co-panelist then brought up the question about bringing political debates and voting down to the States’ levels; Mark Henkel referred to that as "State Statism." They discussed the combination of the 9th and 10th Amendments to the US Constitution. Mark expressed those to be the most beautiful and most elegant parts of the Constitution that fully clarify the difference between Individual rights and government authority. The co-panelist mentioned something he called the "Goshen Theory" in regard to abortion politics – to bring debates like that down to town-level differentiations. Mark Henkel explained how, while "Disimposerizing" will not solve every issue such as this one, if both sides come to the table after having "Disimposerized," they will be more inclined to seriously seek to find a win-win solution. Mark Henkel then showed how both sides would currently perceive the abortion/pre-natal infanticide issue being an Imposition – a “conflict of Imposition.” Mark Henkel suggested that, by "Disimposerizing," we could realize that those who want abortion really just want "Baby no more;” so if our politics could find a scientific way to not have it be "Baby gets killed" to instead become "Baby gets re-located" (alive), then we could find a win-win solution in even that debate. Those who see it as pre-natal infanticide (that has been currently killing the baby) would be happy that babies would be no longer having their lives imposed upon by murder in their pre-natal lives. Those who see it as a "my body / my choice" perspective would be happy that their own lives were not being imposed upon by bans of abortion that otherwise would force them to carry babies past their pre-natal lives. The significant difference is that, by choosing to "Disimposerize," both sides would look for ways to not impose on the others, so that a win-win solution to our real and more difficult problems might be found. The co-panelist exclaimed, "Huh! You really gave me something to think here tonight about Imposerism." Mark Henkel used this as the preceding-setup for next explaining how this "larger issue" of "Imposerism" could also help the cause of UCAP, Unrelated Consenting Adult Polygamy. That summarizing explanation, as the final part of this 3-hour interview, will air in the next following episode of this podcast. http://www.NationalPolygamyAdvocate.com
