In this episode, I get to introduce you to someone who has been key in expanding the network of people I know, Bari Richter. Bari had aspirations for vet school but found that the academic path wasn’t for her, but on her way to finding her sweet spot in helping business owners, she studied psychology and business. In that Career Adventure, she found the traits she looked for in hiring people was an overall good attitude, but they needed to be willing to learn, contribute and be a team player. If that was the case, they would be successful under her leadership. We learn about her path into the Casino business and out of it, that is when she found where she is supposed to be, and it includes networking for others, not just for herself.
