What does a trucker look like? Ellen Voie breaks all the stereotypes. Ellen was set to become a TV Journalist when a family issue landed her a job in transportation. At 20, Ellen became traffic manager for a steel manufacturing plant. Since then she’s held a variety of positions in the industry and won a tractor trailer full of awards along the way. Today she’s the founder, president and CEO of The Women in Trucking Association. A non-profit that helps promote, engage, and remove obstacles for women in the trucking industry.
