Barry Phillips: Always A Shepherd, part 1
from Reunion Roadmap Hosted by B'ney Yosef North America / Barry Phillips
Barry Phillips has been serving Messiah Yeshua since he was a child – much of that time as a pastor and evangelist. For the past twenty years, his pastoral duties have shifted from the traditional Sunday church setting to shepherding a congregation that honors the seventh day Shabbat and the commandments of Torah. How did that happen? That’s what we learn in this three-part conversation with Barry, the pastor of House of David in Gloucester, Virginia, the teacher at Remnant of Yisrael, and one of the founding Elders of B’ney Yosef North America. Barry joins David Jones in a midrash about our relationship with our Creator which they call, “Approaching a Holy Elohim.” He is an awesome God, as Jimmie Black and Will Spires express in music.
