Former Head Coach of the Fort Zumwalt West Jaguars joins the program and brings over 25 years of coaching and 300+ wins to discuss building culture and passing it on to the next generation of coaches. Coach Gough and Coach Cissell have quite the history as these two group up together and have been friends for many years. Both played for Terry Kasper who became a member of the MHSBCA Hall of Fame in 2008 and Coach Perkins when he was an Assistant for Kasper before taking over as the Head Coach.
