The post read "nobody cares how hard you throw ball four!" Is this true? I have said for some time that we should not make blanket statements that are subject to more thorough conversation. So Coach Wiggins and I decided that we would talk about this statement and have a conversation that will look at all the aspects of pitching and where velocity fits into the overall picture of pitching development from the elementary school ages through to the high school age.
