Basic Instinct with Brianna Zigler
from The Queer Quadrant
Jordan and Brooke are rejoined by entertainment writer Brianna Zigler (Paste Magazine) to discuss Paul Verhoeven's 1992 iconic erotic thriller. This movie has everything: extremely valid controveries, extremely ludicrous controversies, the line "magna cum laude pussy," three (3!) queer lead characters, and Michael Douglas wearing a v-neck sweater to the club. Plus, our takes on the modern state of erotic thrillers, the power of on-screen sexuality, and how bady we'd like a Sharon Stone renaissance. Follow us on Twitter!
