As a basketball player, one of the things that will give you confidence is getting rid of the bad habits you might have in your game and replacing them with good habits. Today we are going to talk about one of those bad habits a lot of players have that causes massive frustration with their coaches and how you can make sure you’re not one of those players.

Today we are talking about another on the court habit. Have you ever played 20 or 30 seconds of what you thought was great defense only to have your coach frustrated with you at the next timeout? Or maybe you get pulled from the game after you had just stayed in front of the best player on the other team for multiple defensive possessions? Do you consider yourself a good defensive finisher?
