If you are already having a crummy day, and you get around people who's minds are in a bad place anyways, its very easy to get submersed in that negative talk. Its even easier to slip into it and believe that problems that are being talked about really do exist in your life as well. You've seen it. Someone become what we call a "cancer" to the others around them and influencing their thinking. Suddenly an issue one person has turns into an issue that several have. This is why its important to separate yourself from that and keep charging forward. Allowing others to take us off task is not ok.
