Donald Trump went to the border to try and make the case that a wall needs to be built. Beto O'Rourke had his own rally just blocks from the Trump rally. They both pulled in impressive crowds, but Beto had the right message. Lawmakers say that they have a an "agreement in principle" to keep the government open.
