Battle Mountain Nordic ski coach (and former world record holder:)) Lisa Isom joins the show!

Let's be clear about one thing: Lisa Isom has been crushing the endurance sports scene for a long time....and she's showing no signs of slowing down, either. Now in her 50s, the Eagle Valley High School legend, XTERRA Worlds podium placer and former USA Mountain trail team member is giving back some of her wisdom as head coach of the Battle Mountain Nordic ski team. Pretty cool for someone who originally earned a college scholarship for volleyball and didn't run her first cross-country race until after high school.... Isom would need at least a 3 hours podcast to share all of her sports stories and wisdom, but we only had about 45 minutes before she had to head out from Tennessee Pass for practice in Vail. ...so....this is all for now...but we'd love to bring her back on the show sometime in the future.
