Battle Rounds: Devotion — Mary vs. Martha

from Covenant Community Church

Have you ever been so busy that you've lost sight of what matters most? In the final week of Battle Rounds, we explore the story of Mary and Martha in Luke 10:38–42. Martha was consumed by the tasks in front of her, while Mary chose to sit at Jesus' feet and listen. Both had good intentions, but their story reminds us that busyness can distract us from the presence of God. This message challenges us to examine our priorities, recognize the distractions competing for our attention, and rediscover the importance of devotion. Choose presence over distraction. 📖 Scripture: Luke 10:38–42 Series: Battle Rounds Week 4: Devotion — Mary vs. Martha Covenant Community Church
