Battle to save Sydney's historic Marian Street Theatre

Killara's Marian Street Theatre has sat empty for 13 years, with ratepayers having already spent close to $2 million on redevelopment plans approved by council five years ago. The proposal will lapse this month unless an extra $100,000 is paid, while the project cost has more than doubled from $15 million in 2020 to over $30 million.
