The North and South continue their conflict in what they all now will be a long and dreadful war. We have four battles in this episode with the Union picking up two wins and the Confederates picking up two of their own. Most significant is the battle of Hatteras Inlet Batteries where the strategy used by the Union with the movement of their Warships proved to successful and used throughout the rest of the war.
