If you struggle with inflammation this episode is for you. I have Hashimoto’s and every now and then most likely due to stress I get a flare up and need a little detox. By that I mean cutting out anything that is not currently serving my body well. My Fountain Diet Coke, Alcohol, Gluten, Processed Food, Sugars, etc. Tune in to hear what I cut out, what I added to my little five-day detox, and how I am going to continue this new healthy journey. I have also been eating a ton of protein. I mean 100 grams or more per day. I feel so good and want to share with you how I am doing this, as it quite literally feels like a job when preparing these meals in advance. I also share some insane protein hacks I learned from TikTok of course! How to find the highest protein in your foods, and more. I’m talking about cortisol/pre-menopause symptoms, sugar cravings, and some new delicious recipes. I also wanted to share the exact proteins I am eating as I am not really a big meat eater.
