Battling Unbelief (John 8:12-30)

Taking a person at their word is sometimes hard to do. I remember repelling for the first time and having to trust the guide that the rope was in good shape and could hold my weight as I backed over the edge. We’re not likely to take someone’s word for it without an abiding confidence that they know what they’re talking about. When Jesus speaks, we need to remember that we’re hearing from the Author of life, the One who was there at the beginning and who will be there at the end. So when Jesus tells us where we can find life, we can, we should, and we must take him at his word, Join us Sunday morning as we continue in our study of John’s gospel with John 8:12-30.
