Baylor Lands Mingo, Decker via Transfer Portal

Kayden Mingo, a four-star guard from Long Island Lutheran, has committed to Baylor through the transfer portal, bringing his talents to Waco. Mingo, who started all twenty-eight games last season, averaged thirteen point seven points, three point five rebounds, and four point three assists per game. He joins Baylor alongside Brett Decker, a sharpshooter from Liberty, as the Bears aim to bounce back from a disappointing seventeen and seventeen season. Head coach Scott Drew may also bring in former Kansas State assistant Jerome Tang to help lead the team back to the top of the conference.
