BBs Or Sand Fleas; What Actually Caused the Seattle Windshield Pitting Epidemic?

Vandals, BBs, Buckshot, Bombs, or Sand Fleas to be precise. 3000 Cars within 3 days were the victim of damaged windshields, the police were completely clueless as to what caused it. In this installment of Descent Down the Conspiracy Iceberg, we assess what actually happened, and how so many people were roped into the event.   Please excuse my very 'neo-youtube' thumbnail, trust me it hurt making as much as it probably hurt seeing it.
