The Denver Broncos will be without John Elway in the building on a daily or weekly basis for the first time in a while. John Elway's time as a consultant has ended with the team, however this isn't really news as Elway has been hinting that it was coming to an end as he looks to do some other things with his life. Sean Payton continues to send the right message, that the Broncos are going to be a physical football team.
