Jayne Neville, founder and owner of the Mount Vernon Songbird Sanctuary in Southington, Conn. Jayne is a wildlife rehabilitator who specializes in songbird rehabilitation. She has nursed to health thousands of birds, such as swifts, hummingbirds and woodpeckers.
