Hey there BCU Fam! Many years ago, the Lord blessed me to write a poem on going through and surviving relationships that were abusive from a woman's perspective. While the reasons vary, the common denominator of these relationships are usually a desire to love and be loved--which is fine. Because many women are so broken, we attract broken, hurting, want to be loved people and who become our "lord" rather than allowing "The Lord" to love and heal us.
