We have been blessed to have Jay Millar hanging around this community for a couple of years. He founded My Virtual Dad and just released his new book, Be A Hero in Your Home: The Ultimate Playbook for Men to Succeed at Home, Work and Life. The Air Force has hired Jay to coach their Cadets to learn and implement this Playbook so that they are successful in all areas of life. Jay grew up without a great homelife or a great dad. Abuse, bankruptcy, alcoholism and anger issues are some of what Jay grew up with.  He knew that he did not want to be a dad like his and it was up to him to figure out how to be a great dad!
