Does investing this kind of energy into our social lives make matters worse or better? To interrogate this question, I'm joined by fellow PARTY COACH (and DJ/Digital Entrepreneur/Detroiter/Multi-Hyphinate) Alyssa Alvarez, as we discuss her transformation from finding me on TikTok last summer in a dark place, to finding a sustainable approach to social life, and eventually becoming a "party coach" and co-hosting habit challenges in our community, KNOWFUN.
