In this sermon from Ephesians 4:21–32, Paul shows that the gospel not only changes what we believe but also how we live. Having put off the old self and put on the new self in Christ, believers are called to walk in holiness, truth, and love. Paul addresses the proper place of anger in the Christian life, warning against sinful anger that gives opportunity to the devil while calling believers to pursue forgiveness, kindness, and unity. These verses remind us that righteous anger must be governed by God’s Word and that the grace we have received in Christ should shape the way we treat one another.
