Be childlike but don't be childish

Jesus taught us to be childlike in our relationship with God. The biggest challenge we have in our relationship with God is how to relate to Him as a toddler relates to their father. Most of the time we relate to God as adult children. We are adults. Independent, capable, self sufficient adults. We relate to God as adult children.
