Valeria interviews Kristin Opris — She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Kristin was born and raised in North Idaho, she is a small-town girl with a big heart and a wild love for the world community. She identifies as a spiritual mystic and she has, thus far, spent her life exploring the psychological catacombs of what it means to be human. Kristin obtained a B.A. in Psychology in 2008 and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology in 2010. Over her fifteen years of clinical counseling she has worked in Chicago, inner-city Detroit, and downtown Spokane. Kristin spent her time with the downtrodden, the overlooked and the outcast; all of which have taught her a great deal about what she believes it truly means to be human. Since the beginning of the pandemic, Kristin has taken what she learned from her counseling practice and worked to integrate it into a higher form of life coaching. She believes in the positive, growth-minded perspective that coaching offers and she is excited to continue to help people evolve in their personal experience of getting to know who they are on a soulful level.
