A morning walk to the ocean here in Santo Antão, Cabo Verde reminded me of a message from a beloved teacher and Saint, Sri Neem Karoli Baba: “If you do not make it empty, how will you fill it up again?” By learning to embrace loss and letting go, we recognize that divine emptiness is full of love. By remaining connected to our bodies and just being, we are able to the divine play of our life and experience the full range of love that is life. Just be. Namaste.
