Be free from Identification
from Elio D’Anna | The Dreamer Hosted by marzia giuntoli
Identification means fusing with something so totally as to dissolve into it and completely cease to exist. A man can identify himself with an idea, with an unpleasant emotion or event or person, thus ceasing to exist as an individual, as a whole and becoming part of something else. Remember! You become that which you identify with. If you find yourself in a state of limitation, poverty or failure, you are unconsciously and secretly worshiping them. When feelings of helplessness and despondency arise, do not despair. Stay still! Observe them without identifying, breathe deeply, persevere in your self-transformation and you shall pierce eternity.
