“Send Coach John a message”When I saw this post from Self-Care Canvas (@selfcarecanvas) it of course came to me as so many people are showing themselves to be the exact opposite (multiple times a day) of this quote: “Be humble and never think you are better than anyone else.  We all leave this world with nothing.”  It’s both sad to me and also amazing how so many don’t get this simple, yet valuable point.  I know / I believe that we do leave with the love & relationships that we had for others in our lifetime! We leave that behind for others too. Now, I also believe that the world has SO MANY examples of people living lives that are not humble, not serving others, not showing kindness & empathy, etc. So we have plenty of examples of what we don’t want to be in life. We need to be the example for others as to a better way to live our lives.
