Just a quick one then! Think about your present day ability to create and share a review with thousands of people instantly. Now think what it was like just 20 years ago, there was really no practical place for reviews. There were food critics that would give a restaurant review in a newspaper but they were one person who was actually paid to do that. Bottom line is that there is no shortage of critics and, in our time, they all have a megaphone. Tonight we contemplate the value or detriment that poor reviews have on all of us and why some people just can't stop shitting all over restaurants and other businesses in public.
