Summary
Katia Segura began her career in the real estate industry 6 years ago as a title insurance sales rep. She realized quickly that relying 100% on a corporate brand wasn’t enough to showcase her own unique strengths and talents, so she focused on building her personal brand through social media. However, she was terribly frightened of speaking, which she knew was important to being taken seriously in the business world. She pushed through the fear, and her advice to others is that you should be more afraid of missing opportunities than putting yourself out there. This success led to her current role as Digital Marketing Manager for FNF Family of Companies- South Florida Agency. She’s passionate about teaching, and aims to show agents that with an array of innovative tools at their disposal, design and marketing do not have to be complex.
