BE MORE SPECIFIC :) #276

I think it's fair to say that for the first portion of my life and many humans lives.. We would be quick to have answers on the tip of our tongue about all of the things we dislike in our world, and in our lives.  In the beginning of my journey I would be able to talk for hours about all of the reasons I was where I was,. how who did what to me when an what it did..  And I lived that story to the letter...  VERY aware of all that I was unhappy with and very ready to argue with anyone using all of the examples in the "real world" about how my story was "true" ...  and it was... It was very true ... FOR ME.... Not in the world as the only potential for me... But hyper true as to the accuracy regarding me and my choices..  The honest truth is back then if someone asked me what I would actually want to have or do in my life in order to gain this "happy" state i was so eagerly searching for... I wouldn't have an answer .. There would still be the generic answers... Money... Time... live my life on a beach somewhere !!   But never an idea at all or any energy offered into scripting or writing out EXACTLY what that would look like... What would my day look like ...  Step by step...    I didn't know.. I wasn't asking for it because I didn't know.. and then I was blaming the world and other people for why I wasn't getting all the things that I WASN'T asking for LOL !!   It was nuts!..  But with time came clarity .. and with mindfulness practices and inner conscious contemplation ... I realized that step one was to view my story and see what parts of it contained the "WANTED" part.... what did I love that was consistent about all of the things I've done in my life so far... What components were there that existed inside of the things I was doing that I can use when building the reality it is that I want to eventually exist in ... It IS possible to shift... any story... in any moment ...  We simply have to believe that this is NOW true for us ... and with that degree of trust shifting in your favor....  watch it start to unfold.  MUCH LOVE TODAY !!    Likeattractslike11.com
