This podcast is just to get a discussion going. What is, for many, “being yourself” is a sentence of staying stuck in a role or way of being in the world that you made up as a child. What about “being more than yourself?” or being more than your automatic way of being? I joke that for many people, anything but yourself is an upgrade because the identity they developed at a young age is so limiting for them.
