Be Present, Not Perfect

This episode was the first of our Open Forum episodes where a group of our fellow activists all came together for a joint episode where we discussed focusing on being present instead of being perfect, There can be times where we can get overwhelmed with not making mistakes instead of being attentive and aware of ourselves by living in the moment.
