You were never called to be emotional in warfare—you were called to be equipped. Strategy over sensitivity. Intercession over impulse. Prayer is not a suggestion. It's a strike. Worship isn't a vibe—it's a signal jammer. Fasting doesn't just make you holy—it cuts enemy supply lines. And if you don't know what stronghold is operating in your life, you'll just call it normal. But it's not normal to live anxious, defeated, or bound. That's a stronghold. This week, don't just pray. Train. Set a time. Identify the pattern. Fast and speak the Word over it.
