Be Still

from Spontaneous Evolution · host Gav

I speak a little about using my body to read my way through life, my body knows and gives continual feedback. All the energy centres, gut instinct, the heart are continually giving us information. When deep in thought we miss this guidance and miss the present experience before us. My job is simply to build the relationship with my body, rather than think the mind has all the answers. My practice is presence, less and less analysis and mind, building more and more dept in the present moment, more and more dept in the body. There are no problems in the present moment, in this podcast I touch upon the amount of spiritual people who are desperate to ascend or escape this planet, all because they are unable to be with themselves in the present moment.
