Be Still Before You Break: A Revival of Rest

Be Still Before You BreakBe still, and know that I am God. — Psalm 46:10 (KJV)In this foundational teaching, Be Still Before You Break, we confront the hidden cost of living in survival mode and reveal God’s divine invitation to stillness before exhaustion turns into damage. Many believers are carrying prolonged pressure, functioning through strain, and calling endurance strength, when God is calling them to rest. This message teaches that stillness is not weakness, but obedience. It reveals how peace is not postponed until life calms down, but is available now through alignment with God’s presence. Through Scripture, reflection, prayer, and decree, this teaching ministers to the whole person: body, mind, and spirit, calling the weary back into divine rhythm and sacred rest. This episode reminds us that God is not impressed by how long we can hold on, but He is deeply concerned with how much damage we take while doing it. Stillness is how God interrupts burnout, restores the soul, and realigns the heart before breakdown occurs. This message is part of the August teaching series Be Still Before You Break — A Revival of Rest. Our books are available on Amazon for those who would like to follow along with each teaching. If this ministry is blessing your life and you feel led to sow a seed of faith, you may give through CashApp: $Cutie27Patootie.You can also support the ministry by exploring our books and following this podcast for weekly Kingdom-building teachings.
