Today, he talks with Gino about his transformation from W2 to becoming a Mentor with the community. He shares his experience about how he started with the partnership, got the first deal and how he is still growing his portfolio by investing in RV parks. Darren Light is a mechanical engineer by trade and started investing in real estate in 2016. In April of 2017 he left his corporate job to pursue real estate full time. His portfolio consists of single-family rentals in Knoxville, TN, as well as over 100 units in central and eastern Tennessee with a combined market value of over three $3,000,000. Darren has successfully completed eight flips and has multiple active projects in Knoxville and the Tri-Cities area.
