A great player and coach, Clint Hurdle (@ClintHurdle13) shared this super easy thought for all of us to connect to. “Be a friend. Be a helper. Be kind. That's it.”  In fact, I mentioned in today’s episode how I need to reach out to a couple of people - I need to pause this and do that…. There, I feel a bit better reaching out to a few people.  This formula is an easy one to follow.
