So Seeing as I she ain't came back Because like I said, hey, she'd be doing stuff. I guess I'll talk to y'all for a minute I really feel like I'm not in tune with everything that's going on around me sometimes man. Be honest with y'all like it ain't because I'm older or something and you know things went a different way like, you know, I ain't that fucking old You know, but uh It's like the looks that people give you, you know, or the things that they say to you now that really puzzling me because it's like, you know All right, how about this one first thing first OG.

So Okay, I don't know what the fuck's going on This shit keeps stopping. I know it ain't dead I don't know if I'm right because I'm holding it and I'm moving my hands while holding anyway uh You know, uh Something else I wanted to share is you know, man, it's all right to fuck up nobody's nobody's Always just on point and I know there's a lot of people that might say they are but they're not You know, uh Your life is your life. It's a whole life that you leave, you know, it ain't nobody leading it for you So if you make a mistake and when I mean you I mean anything that you are a part of or anything that you do And you make a mistake you made a mistake It's it's not the end of the world, you know, I heard uh, I heard a owner of a football team said that before and he said it's not the end of the world And the situation that he said it about Was if you asked me if I was him, it would be minute You know, it wouldn't even matter to me. I give fuck less about Anything else when it comes to something like that other than winning, all right?
What I guess you got pr and all the rest of that to deal with That's something that I haven't had to deal with on that level But if I did I don't think I would deal with it any other kind of way other than you know, uh Right you own a basketball team or something, you know, you're there to win You didn't get that basketball team to lose, you know, um You didn't build up your company to lose or anything so, uh You know, you gotta be mindful of that type of shit, but Hmm Even then my point is no one is mistake-free Okay, all the way down to just being yourself or even having employees that all the rest of that There's no such thing as a mistake-free life Uh, if that was the case, you'd be like a guy, right? Like, uh, I'd never make a mistake. Nothing ever. No, you can't and you give a moment Hmm Whether you drink smoke or you don't or I mean even do drugs, right?
It's something what I do drugs Serious drugs and um, they're still winning But they can't tell you that they didn't make no mistakes And if they do they're lying to you all because they most likely want you to be a part of their team So they don't You're gonna make a mistake in life Period Some people might not want to hear it could be uh What a job for a profession choice You know, uh, you wanted to be a lawyer, but you figured out you don't want to be a lawyer All the rest of that or you could Uh get with somebody And Not really. You can't be the best at Everything, you know, there's people that might like certain things a different way and just because They're not following your Criteria Of of what's the finest? Does that make them a bad person or then just someone that's Looking at things All the way out of the normal You know, uh, even in religions, you know, there's certain things that Everybody seems to want to be like, oh, well, you know We don't we don't really follow Or we don't understand maybe because uh It's something that they don't Want to cater to, you know, like No, I wouldn't I wouldn't ever think about doing nothing like that because I don't see things that way Then why are you a part of that religion that religion might have saw things that way maybe a hundred years or so before you ever came along but you want to revise it and You know, uh cater to how you want to feel that's what I'm talking about like, uh You can't sit around And know your role You know, know what you're good for and everything and then expect More from it Because when you start doing that you're taking away from what you actually are, you know Some people are just meant to be, you know, and I don't mean, uh, I mean a boss I mean some people are meant to be a boss Or a manager or whatever that doesn't mean that they're any better than you You know, because if you think about it The fact that you can even comply to whatever the fuck it is that they're asking you to do Then obviously there's no there shouldn't be any problem with you and that boss Case in point. Um You know, they got rules and stuff right and then you see certain people that are a boss that don't give a fun You know, I mean, then you see those people that are bosses that do give a fuck And then you formulate an opinion about that person, right?
Only behind a job place You can't do that type of shit because I mean If you think about it in any type of real-ass manner if it was your business When you want someone to follow the rules that you have set I mean come on. I don't know much about a hair shop or a beauty salon or look look, uh, even Um, shit casino What else um, you know Just oh restaurants, you know If I mean come on if you have a certain Thing that you want to happen at your place of business when you want your employee to follow it You know, I mean and it could be the simplest of shit, but I mean How much personality can a person have when they don't wash their hands every time they go taking a shit or a piss While they're at work. Hmm Come on and some of these people might be you know, someone that you highly respect, right? You don't follow them into the bathroom See what their hygiene habits are and all the rest of that But if it has anything to do with your business when you want to know When you want them to be like, you know, yeah, we are cooking here We couldn't fry chicken because you please make sure you wash your hands I mean, that's simple shit, right?
That's how it is In the world period, you know, um, if you're gonna be a part of a corporate mogul And you know what these people want out of somebody Or the people that are at your level. Why would you even play around? And act like it's okay for them to do something Seriously stupid, you know, and all right. How about this fuck the corporate world?

That's like being at work and just because somebody that is there is doing work the way they're supposed to You'd be like you think of them as a boss. They might not be your boss. They might be your coworker You know But that person commands that type of respect or however, you know, I don't I don't get it myself You know, uh, everybody need to start being for real about what they do and what they need to do in life In order to sustain the type of life that they want to lead. That's all I'm saying You know, uh, don't be somewhere Yeah, I know everybody's heard this.
It's too many chiefs around here and not enough Indians, right? Well, if you're working somewhere for minimum wage You know doing what everybody else does What makes you feel like you need to be a chief if you was a chief you'd already be a chief Around there, you know, um, you're there to make some money So, uh, play your indian part to the fullest Well, maybe not the fullest. I can't say that I'm like that because you know, I got a problem with people telling me to do janitorial work And Another reason why I got a problem with that shit is because it's like man That ain't what I should be here for, you know, um nowadays people hire you as a, uh, you know, what the job descriptions say you're a business analyst But somebody wants you to go get some coffee Uh, that ain't what you're, you know All of your business experience should lead you to go into starbucks What? You can be in post-mail.
Okay All right, you can do all that Just for that, but that's what you want to do. You want to serve people coffee You could have did that, but you went to school and everything and you got Ideas and shit, but then you get somewhere and your only role is it's basically a go-getter That's why I never understood that one shit, you know, like, uh Go get me a sugar cookie, you know I want some real kambodian breast milk. I'm just saying like name Look, I've heard it before and I know it's true You got to be your own boss, but you got to Know what you need to do to get there, you know, so You got to take a couple of shit jobs and everything to pay what you got to pay and on the rest of that That's cool, but just still know what you're doing You know for you And even then somebody was shit jobs ain't shit jobs and he was there. I'll be honest with you Uh, there's a few jobs in my past that I'm like, you know what maybe I should have been just a little bit lenient Because uh those times of unemployment suck, you know, all you do is sitting around taking up space and shit Like oh There I could still be doing something it'll probably wait next and I know that can make you feel like uh, you know Dang treating you The way you supposed to be treated, but you know, you got to think about it too though Uh You just doing a job to get some money so you can do things that you want to do They're right about them, you know, they they just want you to what uh Change tires they want you to uh Ring people up they want you to uh Be on a manufacturing line, you know, and make sure these nuts and bolts are put on whatever the fuck it is They just want you to do that, right? and if you feel like doing that is What's the word for it demeaning or uh Or not utilizing your full talent. I mean you can't come on man.
You can't go To a regular ass job thinking that everybody gonna respect you Mmm first things first If you a woman They gonna be over there You feel what I mean all in your butt crack or you or you cleavage or whatever, you know Or your face if you just that pretty it's always something all right But that don't mean you're gonna be anything better at that place other than eye candy You know, they use you for everything you're worth you a negative same thing You know Young bill fuck they just want you you can't walk in there looking like a pub You know Put on your uniform walking there and do your job Make everybody feel good while you're around and guess what that person's business will flourish That's why I say, you know, you gotta figure out what you want to do and make it show up if you don't You don't do what you feel like you were meant to do or at least even try fuck your damn shit some Some things are just you know unreachable All right, you know unless you got some serious money back in you, but That don't mean they're not you know, you might be able to do it You never know you can get to go behind you, but you got to think about that as your Well-being and living you know what you want to do Ain't what everybody else wants to do and that's okay But what you have to do is so you have to make sure you put yourself in the right slot for it I'll bullshit you not, you know, uh all the remedial jobs that I have and or have had you know, um There's still something to learn to it. I like to be organized. I like Things that make my day past on them not past but make my day past, you know, like Okay, I'm here. I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing and that's that Mm.
These are the rules blah blah blah follow them, you know And what do I care? You know unless they're asking me to do something that I don't want to do I shouldn't care I'm telling you where does come from? Anyway Yeah, I'm getting back to this uh tutorial about How y'all should start doing what you want to do and make yourself happy Sometimes you doing shit that you don't want to do but if it's going to make you happy in the end I would say you have to do what you ought to do. It's not a uh, it's not a serious issue unless you were forced into it and That matter if you was forced into it um Use it to your advantage so you could do what you want to do.
That's all you got to do You know, um, I mean of course you don't let anybody belittle you especially in the workplace, but If you need that experience and you need that money You don't have to do something right because you can't just sit up and be like somebody's gonna notice my talents for this or that and You haven't shown even a piece of it You know, you can't you can't do that. Yeah, it's not going to work out You know everybody votes For public figures to represent them So if that public figure isn't representing you You need to voice your opinion If you don't then you're just it doesn't even fucking matter, right? So if it doesn't even fucking matter Then I guess it doesn't matter what you're doing right now because if that Personal or public official is against what you do There went your livelihood right there in a nutshell, okay All I'm saying is Make what you need to happen happen for you and Be mindful of the people that are around you while you're doing it You can't you know, if you need a job and all the rest of that, right? But you steadily want to be the person having beef with people at your job Then obviously you don't need that job because what they're going to do is is They're going to be like You ain't it and you got to go Okay No matter how good you do your job You got to be able to It's almost like an essay you got to be able to um Or hypothesis you got to be able to state your case Well state your hypothesis then state your case and then Give it an uh, what's it?
What's it called? Not an ending but uh, uh, damn state your case Make your make your own hypothesis, you know, your uh statement for your hypothesis Uh, oh, right Give your basics for it Then if there are any facts Give those and then give your final hypothesis And you know, that ain't that before five sentences if you make it real direct So if you can make that real direct for your life, you know, uh, it can't doesn't stop you you know, um You work somewhere you don't want to work or somewhere that you do want to work if It's not working out for you You have to Figure out what it is that you want to do in the final goal For you so you can make it happen So if you're working somewhere and you don't like the people that are around you or something if it's just that bad Then yeah, you got to find somewhere else but if it's not you got to think about what your goal is Which most of the time is I need this money, but If you have your ultimate goal And you're doing something you got to you know, do you want to work for someone forever? I don't I don't think there's anyone or you know what? If they're living that kind of simple life, I applaud them, you know, because they know what they have to do For themselves to live the way they want to Same as you if you can't do that then um You might as well just be a criminal all But can't get my clothes to talk shit.

And we didn't have that I had old school cameras and I don't even want to name names because I know they're old school right now because I know they're at least 20 years old but this is when people were first getting into digital cinema real digital cameras, you know what we used to use uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, fake fake programs, uh For movie look, you know where it was a it was a full setting say your camera Can look like Phil These people still talking about how they spending Billions and millions of dollars on the film and they lying to y'all they lying to everybody. You know, uh And it's almost getting to the point now where with entertainment you can't have a new idea because Somebody already thought of it tried it didn't work, but If you come out with it at the right time it does these people being biting off of old school biting off of it When it comes to the music biting off of old school when it comes to the film Someone would rather you come out with a black exploitation film right now then Your own experience, but guess what ends up happening your own experience Happens to have already been foretold in all so many different ways But if you got the right Producer and director behind it now everybody watches it and it's like the greatest shit Yeah Like the color purple was a nice film, right?

It might could but I'm saying to you all is be ready to Survive be ready to do what you have to do in order to survive Um The job you don't like survive at that job. How can you not if it's your job? And all they're asking you to do is oh no, I feel like a lot of things that they ask people to do are bullshit all the way but Survive Be yourself Never compromise who you feel like you are if you feel like something's wrong. Don't do it This is easy as that Don't Care about what someone said to you don't even care about me telling you this right If you feel like anything that I said to you is bullshit right now like oh, he doesn't understand.
