Be Well in a corona world

Scary times call for strong hearts! I wasn't going to address what's going on but I cannot keep quiet. Apparently we all want to live! The good things that will come because of the virus, and what our job is what we really can do to help.  Calling out all spiritual leaders and lightworkers.  Declaring the good to come Build your faith and immune system every day not just in crisis.  Exercise, eat well focus and meditate. Bring the social programs back cuz stock pilling it is a Hazard and should be banned.  It's okay to be scared but we must think for ourselves.  Well wishes.
