Be Willing to Enter the Cave

In this episode I am sharing a quick episode on one of my favourite quotes by Joseph Campbell. "The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek." You are holding the key, even though or especially when it doesn't feel like you do. You hold the keys. Now ask yourself if you are willing to use them? The In this episode we discuss:1) What are you avoiding? Money, relationships, things you know aren't working for you? I like to look at that as a cave. Sometimes we can hate entering that cave every single day, and those days we have to sit back and remind ourselves that we have the keys. We are either freeing ourselves or locking ourselves in the cave. 2) The courage we are looking for comes from entering the cave. That simple, Do the thing and build your courage every time you enter the cave. Even standing and staring at the cave is wasting energy. The very cave you are afraid to enter turns out to be the source of what you are looking for.3) "We must be willing to let go of the life we planned so as to have the life that is waiting for us."
