Beach Helterbrand - Germinoma Brain Cancer

In today's episode, we speak with Beach Helterbrand, who was diagnosed with a rare Germinoma tumor in his brain at 24 years old.  Beach talks us through how he found out he had the tumor, his multiple brain surgeries, whole brain and spine radiation, the side effects of all of the treatments, and what he's doing now 6 years free of disease! Beach's story is so inspiring and his love for the outdoors is palpable as he explains that before he was diagnosed he was living in a cabin in the woods in Montana with no running water or central heat. While that adventure had paused when he was diagnosed he still loves the outdoors and being in nature!
