Continuing on with our of inspo for horror movies, we're talking about the inspiration for the movie that terrified generations, The Hills Have Eyes. The legend that inspired the gruesome tale of a mutant, feral cannibal family was an old Scottish legend, the legend of Sawney Bean. Sawney and his family lived in an isolated cave in Galloway, Scotland, and lived for 25 years without seeing civilized society.
