Beans, Seeds, and Release

On this episode, we get to connect with Meagan Hopper, who is an amazing healer and all-around blast to hang out with. We got to learn about some of Meagan’s work which includes working with ceremonial cacao, and sharing what the process of the ceremony is about, as well as the experience of cacao itself. We also discussed another modality Meagan works in, Auriculotherapy (study of the outside of the ear), the vast amount of pressure points on the outer ear that can provide relief all over the body when activated, and how she uses vaccaria seeds in particular for providing that relief. So there’s where the episode title came from.
