Bears 2026 Training Camp Position Preview: Tight End

The Chicago Bears possess a highly skilled tight end roster as they prepare for the 2026 training camp, led by standout sophomore Colston Loveland. After a record-breaking debut season, Loveland is expected to anchor an offensive unit that frequently utilizes multiple tight end sets. He is joined by the experienced Cole Kmet, a reliable veteran who ranks among the most productive players in franchise history. To further bolster this group, the team added rookie Sam Roush, whose versatility as both a blocker and receiver provides valuable tactical flexibility. Under coach Ben Johnson, these three primary targets aim to offer quarterback Caleb Williams a diverse and dependable set of options in the passing game. Several additional depth players will also compete during camp to round out what is considered one of the deepest position groups in the league.
