While Off the Ground may have underperformed against expectations on the charts that year, Paul live performances continued to set the standard for arena rock power in the 90s, with ticket sales and reviews thriving. No one, Paul included, could have known that this would signal the end of Paul’s touring for the next several years, and tragedy loomed on the horizon.
